At East Ridge Dental, we believe in a patient-centered approach to quality, affordable dentistry. Our business office works with patients to help them make the financial arrangements necessary to invest in the health of their smile. We want you to be prepared for your appointment so the process goes smoothly. We also want to show you what you can do at home to be able to keep your smile healthy between visits.

Financial Options

East Ridge Dental takes pride in our dentistry, and we strive to keep costs as reasonable as possible. Our financial policy is payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been previously made.

Insurance: We will file your insurance for you when provided with the insurance information and we will help maximize your benefits to the best of our ability.

Smile Savings Plan

Our “Smile Savings Plan” is not dental insurance… It’s better! This is an annual reduced-fee savings plan for individuals and families who value their dental health. There are no waiting periods, no deductibles, and no yearly maximums. Plan members enjoy the benefits of the plan immediately upon registration and payment. Our “Smile Savings Plan” is administered by our office independently, meaning we do not use a third-party administrator. We handle everything for you, so you will always have a personal contact for plan questions and information.

Our patient’s dental health is our number one priority, and unfortunately, with dental insurance limitations, we are starting to see shrinking benefits, excessive pre-authorization requirements, and decreased reimbursement in all areas, causing more treatment denials. With our “Smile Savings Plan,” you will receive twice-yearly cleanings and exams, necessary x-rays, and more. These regular check-ups will give us the opportunity to address any concerns early on, resulting in less complex and less expensive treatment.

New Patient Information

To schedule a new patient appointment, you can call us at 605-373-0245, chat with us on our chat feature, or send in a request found on the home page. If you send in a request, we will reach out to you as soon as we receive it!

Here’s how to make your first appointment go smoothly:

We ask that you please bring any insurance cards you may have, so that we may properly file your claims for you.

If you have been to see another dentist within the past 5 years, we ask that you contact them and request to have your x-rays sent to our email. It is smile@www.eastridgedentalsf.com.

Make sure to fill out the new patient paperwork that you receive from us via email and/or text after your appointment gets scheduled.
